A program for discovery of edible wild plants, but also some toxic, the ecological environment and use simple cooking with hot dishes as well. During this tour we will learn to recognize using the simple basics seasonal plants, using them for a meal prepared by the group.
The meal done in common, hut will be enjoyed in the afternoon and may include, depending on the flowering and harvesting: risotto with berta, foil chicken fir scented, Soup "wild", tart tatin woodruf , head of Bear Paw Fried, various canapés ...
