A program for discovery of edible wild plants, but also some toxic, the ecological environment and use simple cooking with hot dishes as well. During this tour we will learn to recognize using the simple basics seasonal plants, using them for a meal prepared by the group.

The meal done in common, hut will be enjoyed in the afternoon and may include, depending on the flowering and harvesting: risotto with berta, foil chicken fir scented, Soup "wild", tart tatin woodruf , head of Bear Paw Fried, various canapés ...

Good also as corporate outing !

It is from the village before we start our trip, the trip will depend on the flowering time, to find edible plants in our region.

We will see some edible plants, but toxic plants to avoid and how to meet these botanical and forest environments. Plants will be eaten during this easy walk, which will serve as aperitif.

Learn to smoke your trout caught by yourself. The beautiful natural fish farm in Neirivue will be our fishing place, discovery and fun learning the traditional way of smoking fish (fish processing, assembly of the trapper's smoker, salting). Arrive in the morning to fish, walk away the evening with your smoked trout!
