Rates(according to Swiss Association of Mountain Guides, ASAM): | |
Full day: from 370 .- / 420.-
Half-day/evening walk (max 4h): from 250 .-
(up to 6 people according to the type of program)
Group Rates (>6): upon request
These rates are for custom tours. This is the minimum rate to be shared by participants. The costs are counted separately (for example: nights, meals, transportation).
The price may be increased by the difficulties encountered, an extended length of time or other benefits (this does not apply to planned activity packages where the total price has already been stated).
Payment and Booking:
For simple programs and small hikes in the Nature-Escapades calendar: unless otherwise stated, payment is required the same day.
Multi-day hikes and programs tailored to groups: a deposit serves as a reservation. Refer to requirements for each program.

Cancellations and Refunds for simple programs (1 or 2 days max)
In case of cancellation by Nature Escapades, all payments will be reimbursed.
In case of cancellation by the customer: 50% of the sum total due by the customer within 48 hours in advance of the program. 100% of equipment rental, cabin costs, purchase of train tickets or plane and food purchases must be reimbursed to Nature Escapades.
Long hikes, tours and group programs must be paid in advance in certain cases, please refer to the individual condition of each program.
